Une mobilisation massive a été organisé ces dernières semaines à Cabourg et plus largement dans la Normandie toute entière contre l'arrêté du Maire interdisant aux équidés l'accès à la plage de Cabourg du 1 Juillet au 31 Août pour des raisons de salubrité public !
Cabourg est naturellement une ville où le cheval est roi : la municipalité et le Maire en tête utilise l'image du cheval de nombreuses fois dans l'année (EPONA, Un monde équestre...) et la station balnéaire devient pendant Juillet et Août la capitale française du trot !
Le Maire s'est bien gardé de communiquer cette information au public sachant qu'elle provoquerait le mécontentement et l'indignation ! Rappelons à Monsieur Henriet qu'il n'a été élu qu'avec 60 voix de plus que son opposant et qu'il n'est plus depuis 2008 en situation de pouvoir absolu !
Voilà de résultat de notre mobilisation pour sauver l'image de Cabourg et maintenir son statut de ville où le cheval a une place privilégiée !
